Celebrate Mardi Gras with Jon Bonnell at Central Market in Fort Worth on Feb. 7.

The former French Quarter chef, who once interned at Mr. B’s Bistro, will prepare Creole gumbo, hot crab dip, barbecue shrimp (a Mr. B’s signature dish), beef tenderloin with crab beurre blanc and Bourbon Street bread pudding before he heads to the Crescent City himself.
